Gardien offers fast and expert equipment service and support. We have engineers located across the globe that can quickly respond to any situation. Our team are carefully selected for their range of skills relevant to the specific products that they support. In all cases they have indepth knowledge of the product, formed by working with production & the product group in the design phase and manufacture of the equipment.
Maintenance Contracts
We offer 2 types of contracts for all equipment types. Each type can also be tailored to meet individual needs and/or concerns:
Premium Care: fully inclusive parts and labour
StandardCare: fully inclusive labour
Repair & Spare Parts
We offer repair service to many electronic, electro-mechanic and mechanic components. Gardien is the only legal distributor of Mania spare parts globally. We stock over 4.000 different parts in various warehouses around the world in order to reduce transit times to customers.
